This intake vent is made using outerwears prefilter material. The hydrophophic mesh keeps water, dirt and fine dust out while letting air flow freely through the mesh. The vent is designed to be used with the factory intake grill installed over the vent, this helps protect the mesh while maintaining the factory look. Install by simply removing the two torx headed screws holding the stock vent on, sliding this vent in behind the stock vent and then replace the two screws. Easily removed for cleaning.
