Due to shipping cost and the fact hoods are built to order we cannot accept returns on hoods, please be sure you know what you are getting before placing a order for a hood. If we accept a return of a hood (shipping usually kills any chance) a 40% restocking fee will be charged. We do not refund the shipping cost and the cost of shipping back to us in the buyers responsibility.
All other products we gladly offer full refunds if returned within 30 days, uninstalled items only, No refund of shipping cost. If returned after 30days a 40% restocking fee is applied to refund.
