With all the things BRP got right on the new G4 chassis the placement of the gauge was a complete miss. The almost flat placement of the gauge in the lowest section of the hood ensures you will almost never be able to read the display. The design of the new gauge does not make a standard alum framed gauge stand possible, we didnt feel the gauge was sturdy enough to be mounted unprotected.
Our solution was to design a molded mount that would offer the needed enclosure for the gauge, while moving the display up out of the snow. The face of the gauge is rotated upwards making it easily seen while standing, as well as when seated. Shipped complete with all needed mounting hardware.
